Millennium Seoul Hilton

June 12 and 19
: The Millennium Seoul Hilton’s all-day dining restaurant, Cafe 395, will feature exciting and vibrant Singaporean cuisine in addition to the bountiful buffet’s regular offerings.

Cafe 395 will welcome two guest chefs from Singapore, who will lead the kitchen in creating authentic and tasty national dishes.

Executive Chef Bryce Li comes to us from the M Social Hotel in Singapore. With more than 18 years of culinary experience and a great passion for food and travel, Li and his assistant will introduce a kopitiam style to the buffet, a coming together of some of Singaporean’s tastiest foods in a lively atmosphere. This will be a wonderful opportunity to indulge in a wide variety of Singaporean fare and see why Singapore is often called “the food capital of Asia”.

The buffet is 94,000 won ($87) per person for lunch and 99,000 won for dinner.
