In an unprecedented development, the prosecution raided Justice Minister Cho Kuk’s residence Monday to find evidence of wrongdoing by himself and his family while he spearheads prosecution reforms. Prosecutors took action while President Moon Jae-in is in New York City to attend the United Nations General Assembly.
