Guests who book two consecutive nights at a participating hotel - including the Grand Hyatt Seoul, Park Hyatt Seoul, Grand Hyatt Incheon and Park Hyatt Busan - will receive a complimentary one-night extension for free.

This promotion is designed to enable guests looking for a relaxing staycation in Seoul, Incheon or Busan to extend their visit and enjoy the city. Guests who book their rooms through Hyatt’s official website will also receive a 20,000 won ($17.70) food and beverage credit to use during their stay. InterContinental Seoul COEX

: Asian Live, stationed on the second floor of the InterContinental Seoul COEX featuring five different Asian cuisines - Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and Arabian - presents a Muslim-Friendly menu in celebration of Nauryz, or Iranian New Year’s Day.

The Muslim-Friendly menus are all hand-picked by Indian Muslim chef Maksood Mohmmad in celebration of the Nauryz festival. The menu includes quinoa salad, avocado pakora, fried chicken served with yogurt, pan-seared salmon served with lemon butter sauce, lamb and vegetable kebab, lobster and scallop curry - everything is served as a part of a grand eight-course meal.

Chef Maksood Mohmmad said, “It is a great honor to be recognized as a Muslim-friendly restaurant, and I wish to present more halal menu items for Muslim guests visiting the Gangnam area.”

The Muslim-Friendly Course menu is available through March and the price is 105,000 won, including tax and service charge.

Millennium Seoul Hilton

: Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to announce a special promotion in March that features a wonderful whitefish - frog flounder. The chef is offering a special five-course menu that showcases frog flounder in a nourishing hot pot.

Frog flounder is a tasty variety of flatfish that is often used for sushi or grilled, boiled, simmered or fried. The fish has a pleasurable chewy texture and offers the perfect balance between fat and flavour.

The multicourse menu will start off with an egg custard as an appetizer. This course will be followed by a spring vegetables salad and the frog flounder with sashimi.

The frog flounder and abalone with mugwort hot pot is next, accompanied by steamed rice and Japanese pickles.

Enjoy a fresh fruit selection chosen by the chef to finish the meal.

The frog flounder and abalone hot pot special menu is priced at 110,000 won per person.
