The Westin Chosun Seoul

Through Aug. 31: Lounge & Bar at The Westin Chosun Seoul provides a special summer dessert of shaved ice with fruit and a parfait to keep you cool during the hot summer.

To serve the best summer desserts, Lounge & Bar carefully selects seasonal fruits, such as watermelon and green grapes, harvested at their peak of flavor and texture. Shaved ice with watermelon is served in a watermelon bowl, topped with watermelon juice ice cubes and seed-shaped chocolates.

Lounge & Bar uses watermelons grown between the riverside of the Nakdong River and Mount Gaya in North Gyeongsang. Lounge & Bar also provides shaved ice with green grapes. To make the dessert, Lounge & Bar makes green grape juice, freezes the juice for three days and then shaves the cubes to make light and fluffy ice.
