Weekdays in October: In celebration of Oktoberfest, Germany’s world famous beer festival, Millennium Hilton Seoul’s bar, Oak Room, will turn its popular Happy Hour BBQ into a smorgasbord of good eats and delicious beer. The Happy Hour BBQ buffet is offered on weekdays from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

During the month of October, the buffet spread will feature schweinshaxe (German toasted ham hock), traditional pretzels, German sausages and more Bavarian delights. To quench your thirst, unlimited German Paulaner beer will be available.

The price for the buffet, including unlimited beer, is only 54,000 won ($45) per person including tax and service charge.

Oak Room is a traditional English-style bar outfitted with comfortable leather chairs, a roaring fireplace in the winter and a patio overlooking the hotel gardens for when the weather is just right outside. A jovial place to meet up with friends, colleagues and acquaintances, Oak Room features an extensive bar and tasty nibbles that go well with drinks. A live band entertains in the evenings.

Nov. 2: Park Hyatt Busan’s restaurants and Lounge, all of which feature floor-to-ceiling windows, are among the best places to enjoy the Busan Fireworks Festival indoors.

The steak and seafood restaurant, Dining Room, on the 32nd floor, and Lounge on the 30th floor, offer some of the hotel’s best views along with a special dinner buffet featuring various grilled meats and fresh seafood, while the modern French restaurant Living Room, on the 31st floor, offers a premium 6-course special menu. To highlight the festive occasion, all promotion menus offer unlimited beverages, including champagne, sparkling wine, red wine, white wine, beer and more.

Park Hyatt Busan’s Busan Fireworks Festival promotions offer guests unforgettable impressions with a beautiful display of colorful fireworks lighting up the night sky and only happen on Nov. 2, the day of the festival.

A premium seat at any of their restaurants with a special dinner and an unobstructed view of the spectacular fireworks is 325,000 won per person, while a standard seat with a limited view is 185,000 won per person at Dining Room or Lounge, and 175,000 won per person at Living Room (including tax). InterContinental Seoul COEX

Through Nov. 30: The Brasserie, located on the ground floor of InterContinental Seoul COEX in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul, has kicked off its “Autumn Delicacies,” where guests can enjoy a taste of seasonal local ingredients that reach their peak in September and October.

“Fresh Grocerant Service,” which offers bite-size cuts of more than ten types of garden-fresh local fruits and vegetables selected by guests, is also available until the end of November.

Starting with a welcome drink made of soft persimmon, the “Autumn Delicacies” promotion presents sumptuous signature autumn dishes, including sea eel soaked in oriental medicine-style sauce, chilled abalone char siu topped with sauce made with newly harvested pine nuts, octopus platter served with chrysanthemum and Japanese apricot sauce, west coast prawn and lobster roulade, and a chestnut mousse.

The “Autumn Delicacies” promotion run by The Brasserie of InterContinental Seoul COEX will be available to customers until Thursday, Oct. 31, and the rates are the same as before.

Weekday lunch starts from 80,000 won and weekday dinner from 90,000 won. Tax and service charges are included.
