5) “I’m hoping that the players from both the North and South join hands and play in great games together at the Korea Open.” - Yoo Seung-min, director of the Korean Table Tennis Association and member of the Athletes’ Commission for the International Olympic Committee.

6) “When players from the South and North play together in doubles, I hope that there will be great teamwork and that the audience enjoys watching the games.” - Hyun Jeong-hwa, vice chairman of the Korean Table Tennis Association.

7) The North Korean players are scheduled to stay at Y Hotel in Daejeon and to return home to North Korea on July 23.
