[VIDEO NEWS] Self-driving bus takes the reins in Pangyo Techno Valley

1) The Zero Shuttle is a self-driving bus.

2) The first level 4 self-driving vehicle in Korea tried its first test drive through Bundang District, Seongnam, Gyeonggi, on the morning of Sept. 4.

3) The Zero Shuttle was made with the help of the Advanced Institute of Convergence Technology, a technology research institute in Gyeonggi, after three years of research.

6) The Zero Shuttle can fit 11 people and doesn’t have any handles, accelerator or brake pedals. It is solely run by V2X technology, which stands for vehicle-to-everything communication, which is the passing of information through wireless computer or cellular networks from the vehicle to anything else that may affect the vehicle.

7) The Zero Shuttle will be tested from Pangyo’s second techno valley to Pangyo Station, a distance of 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles), until the end of next year at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.
