3) “Unprecedented and close communications between South Korea and the United States are being carried out at the moment through working group meetings between me and [U.S. Secretary of State] Mike Pompeo.”

4) “Thus, we are working hard to find various ways to achieve our common goal as soon as possible.”

5) “Since the U.S.-North summit has happened, discussions are expected using the denuclearization strategy that the United States and South Korea have made.”

6) “If the second summit between North Korea and the United States and Chairman Kim Jong-un’s visit to Seoul are actualized, they will make great progress toward denuclearization and inter-Korean relations and the settlement of permanent peace.”

7) “South Korea and the United States are going through various corresponding measures for denuclearization, but the North-U.S. negotiating table will ultimately produce specific results.”

8) “Our government is not at a stage to review the resumption of the Kaesong Industrial Complex and [tour groups to] Mount Kumgang for now.”
